Ladies: What to Wear to a Tea Party?

I (Jess) received some inquiries on what one should wear to a Tea Party so I thought I'd put some collages together for you to serve as inspiration. I've never been to one myself so I get to share the experience with you. You can click on the smaller icons below the collage to shop the items (I'm not receiving any commission) or to use as a jumping off point for searching other items.   If you know me, you know I love fashion and colors.  The tea party is the perfect excuse to play with clothes.  ShopStyle.com is great for searching from a bank of many retailers and you can search by color, style, size, price and more.   Asos.com also has many options in a wide price range. They almost have too many options. You could really spend hours there. Oh, and etsy.com has an endless array of fascinators. Those are just some ideas to get you started! Maybe you already have something perfect in your closet. Happy hunting!

Click here for interesting information regarding etiquette for afternoon tea.  Men should keep it "smart casual" or a little fancier if they like and ladies can range from "smart casual" to "day formal" as you desire. Don't stress the rules too much about how to eat, we just thought it was an amusing read and wanted to share it. After all, we're there to have fun! One little thing, we will ask that you eat with your mouth closed, haha. Don't worry, we won't tease you if you're caught with your pinky up!

Maybe you'd like the classic and chic look of black and white.  If you want to be dripping in sweetness, try a color scheme in soft and and girly pastels.  The possibilities are endless! Be sure to click on "read more" below to see full post.
